When things don't go as planned, what you can expect:
Our season is short and cancellations hurt. Here's how we treat cancellations caused by a variety of circumstances:
Bad weather (Tours only)

If we call the tour off because of bad weather, we'll refund 100% of the tour cost.

If we jointly deem to start a tour and the weather doesn't permit us to finish, then we'll refund 50% of the tour's cost.
Changes in plans (Tours and Rentals)

If you cancel within 30 days of the commencement of a tour or rental, we'll give you a full refund.

If you cancel more than 7 days and less than 30 days, we'll give you a credit that won't expire.

If you cancel less than 7 days before the commencement of a tour or rental, you'll forfeit the cost of the tour or rental.
